The Rollingwood Homeowners Association periodically arranges and hosts presentations from invited speakers and discussions on topics of interest to residence through our "Let's Chat" events. Recent invited speakers have included representatives from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, Los Angeles County Sherrif, Southern Californai Edison, and others. Topics have included fire prevention, power outages, disaster preparation, and others.

Let's Chat events have in the past been held in person, usually hosted by a resident at their home. The COVID pandemic forced reliance on virtual, or "Zoom" events, which were quite successful. We hope to be able to resume fact-to-face events in the future, depending on how the reopening from state and local COVID restrictions progresses.
