The Rollingwood Homeowners Association was formed as a not-for-profit corporation in May 1957 as “Rollingwood Estates Homeowners Association” (Rollingwood) under the terms of Part 1, Division 2, Title 1, of the California Corporations Code. With 375 homes, it is the largest in the City of Rolling Hills Estates.
The corporation is organized to:
a) Provide a mutually cooperative and satisfactory means of resolving community problems of Rollingwood Estates.
b) Encourage the beautification of the community, to maintain the high value of the Rollingwood Estates area, and to make it a perpetually good place in which to live.
c) Make purchases, sales, agreements, or contracts for the purpose of carrying out the desired objectives.
In addition, the Association has taken an active role in informing the community about neighborhood issues by publishing a quarterly newsletter and through presentation at the general membership meeting held each October.
Membership in the Association is open to all homeowners and residents of the area known as Rollingwood, in the City of Rolling Hills Estates. This includes residents in Tracts 21269, 21270, and 21271. Membership is limited to one per household and is not transferable. At our Annual General Meeting held in October, Board members report on RHOA activities during the year, and elections are held for upcoming Board positions, each for a two-year term. Notable speakers are invited to share their expertise on pertinent topics.
During the year, the Board meets monthly to discuss community issues, to address community concerns, and to plan neighborhood projects and activities. Your participation is always valued.
