The Rollingwood Homeowners Association is an all-volunteer organization The final membership tally for FY 2025 is 167 out of 377 households or 44%. While a significant improvement over 2024 it is still well short of our goals. If you are among the those who joined for 2025, Thank You!, but please remember to pay your dues when our 2026 membership drive comes in January. If you haven't joined please consider doing so.
In other news the landscaping at the Kingspine entrance project at the Kingspine entrance has been completed. It doesn't look like much at the moment, but the Lantana should fill the space with colorful flowers over the next year or so.
