Welcome!

Plans for your Rollingwood Homeowners Association are well underway for the New Year. There are several new projects being worked on as well as recurring ones like the “Let’s Chat” events and the Neighborhood Watch program. Current events related to emergency preparedness and fire protection for our residences are at the top of our list.

In order to provide community meetings and activities for the Rollingwood community, it is vital that we maintain a vibrant member base. At the start of the calendar year, your RHOA conducts a membership drive along with the distribution of the winter newsletter.

The RHOA asks for an annual dues payment of $25 to keep the Association in operation. Some of the activities and events sponsored and provided by the RHOA are listed below. Take a moment and look over this list. We can only continue to provide these activities with your support.

Since the RHOA is an activity by and for the community, we would like to receive your comments, suggestions and criticisms. If you have some ideas, or have some time available to support the RHOA, please let us know on the questionnaire.

Finally, if you have questions about the RHOA or our activities, please feel free to contact our president, Judy Bayer, or any of the Board members listed in the newsletter.
